Mobile Muscles is an 8 week program to teach you how to use a foam roller to its fullest potential.
In this class you will learn
How to use a foam roller
How to address muscular imbalances
Self-myofascial release techniques
Mobile Muscles is a vibrant health based community program where you and other health minded individuals can join in a fun 90 minute session where you will be coached through a foam rolling and full body joint mobilization program.
Mobile Muscles is taught by NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Stephen Chan, who has been training since 2011 with an emphasis in postural correction. Working with the adult population of desk workers, he brings a unique understanding of the tightness patterns of the modern working lifestyle and aims to bring the body back to its natural
movement baseline.
