Health is my core value as a person. I love helping guide individuals through their fitness journey, whether as someone looking to get started in improving their health, or someone who is looking to optimize their program. I'm a corrective exercise specialist who believes that you must move well before you move often. My focus is making sure the body is best prepared for all varieties of activity, rejuvenating the body's vigor, and reducing chances of injury. I've been a personal fitness trainer since 2011 and plan to always stay involved in the field of health and fitness.
